6 Mandatory Guidelines for appointment

1. Watch all 100 videos before the booking appointment and read Disclaimer & Legal Policy

2. Mandatory Salt Water Bath

First Day- 3 kg of sea salt in 15 litres of water and take a head bath
Second Day – 2 kg of sea salt in 15 litres of water and take a head bath
Third Day – 1 kg of sea salt in 15 litres of water and take a head bath

3. Arrival Time and Punctuality
Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals—even by 5 minutes—will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.

4. Attend With your Family Members
Bring along any immediate family member, such as your spouse, parents, siblings, or children.

5. Bring Your House Plan
Please bring a copy of your house plan with you on the day of your appointment.

6. Experience the Shambala Session
You will receive the Shambala experience during your appointment.
